Who will ship my hair ? All Items Are Shipped Via UPS, USPS Or DHL.

 How long is shipping ? Express Shipping Is Available for $28 flat rate. 1-3 Business Days ( have to wait 24 hours for payment to process )

How long will my hair last ? The longevity of our virgin hair depends on how well the hair is maintained. With right care 1 to 2 years. 

​

How much hair do I need ? It all depends on your style , but overall 2-3 bundles recommended for 10-16″ 3-4 bundles recommended for 18-24″ 4-5 bundles recommended for 26-30

Does the hair take color ?  The hair can handle the coloring process very well. However, once you color or process virgin hair, it will no longer be considered “virgin”. We recommend  a professional to do it , if you wish to color your new hair. Please take into consideration that once your hair has been chemically treated it will require much more maintenance. Rapunzel Bundles is not responsible for over processed hair.

What is virgin hair ? Virgin Hair is hair that has not been colored, permed, straightened or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state when cut and guaranteed to be in correct cuticle alignment.

How long do wig orders take ? 2-3 Days to get the order ready before shipping. These are all custom. 

​

Does the frontal or closures come plucked ? No they are not pre-plucked due to different people preference but they do come with baby hairs.

Note: (Blonde/Custom Orders Take Longer Depending On The order). Once Items Are Shipped Tracking Numbers Will Be Sent To The Email Address Provided With The Purchase.
